Cyndi & I found out today that we are going to
be a mom & dad. Yikes!
The due date is February 7th, 2003. We've checked the Chinese gender
chart for the sex of the baby, and it claims it will be a girl. We'll
see what the doctor says on August 29th.. |

We had a visit to the doctors office for a
checkup on the baby, and to hear the heartbeat. It was very exciting
to finally realize that there really was something in there! The
babies heart rate was about 160 BPS, which is normal. |

We went to the doctors today for Cyndi's
sonogram. We are a bit early at 17 weeks for the sonogram, but they
were able to tell that our baby was going to be a
GIRL
We tested it against the Baby Chinese Gender Chart and it said it was
going to be a girl too! Wow those Chinese people sure know their
stuff! That's why they make fortune cookie! heh.. Anyway

Everything is on schedule with the baby.
Cyndi and the baby are measuring fine. She started going to the Dr
every 2 weeks now for checkups. We are also attending our baby classes
learning how to care for our baby, and make sure she doesn't turn out like
us.. |

Time's a tickin'!! Any day now and we'll
have a little one romping around. Cyndi's about to burst like a
balloon. She's ready to get this kid out! Everything's ready,
I've got my Yankee's cap and my catchers mitt on.. The doc told Cyndi
last week that everything was normal, baby's vitals checked all O.K. |

Baby Update: Everything is going
great! Daniel is eating like a horse. We're so excited that even
when he sleeps, we have a hard time putting him down. I think he has
his priorities in order: Eat - Sleep - Poop. I think we may
change his name to "Dan the poopin' machine" |

Both Dan's get a birthday celebration.
Daniel turns 1 month old, and Grandpa Dan turns 60! Only 8 more weeks
til retirement for him! |

All is going well. Daniel's progression
has been coming along great! He's just turning into the little man of
the house. The warmer weather is finally here, so now we can take him
outside to enjoy the fresh air. He's been a good little baby.

Daniel rolled over for the first time
today. Well 3 times to be exact. We're not sure if he did it
because he wanted to or because his favorite show American Idol was on, and
he needed to see who was getting kicked off. Either way, we were
jumping for joy. I don't think he thought it was that exciting!

Daniel is growing by the day! He's about 4
1/2 months old now, what a chunkster. Grandma & Grandpa have moved
down by us now, so they are enjoying every minute they can with him.
Danny's rolling over like crazy now, you can't keep him still. He
learns so much so fast, you can see the progress daily. He's had a ear
infection over the past week, we're still working on getting that cleared
up.. But he's still always happy and smiling.

Daniel turned 6 months old today. Boy how
time flies. He's doing great! He's on his way to crawling, just
can seem to get his legs moving in the right direction, but he's
rocking! He rolls around to get where he need to be. Sometimes I
think he's not sure if he wants to start walking first or crawling.
He's got super-strong legs!!

Daniel turned 7 months on the 1st. Boy
does time fly. He's still growing like a weed.. He looks like he
should be a year old or older because of his size. Like father like
son I guess. He's been trying to crawl the past month and finally got
it down pat. He's all over the house now. He's been pulling
himself up to stand too. So it won't be long til the little guy is
walking!
Daniel's a big Bear & the Big Blue House fan. He can't get enough
of it.. Til next time...

Daniel has been crawling all over the
place. We've got the house bolted down! He's standing like a
champ too! He also took a trip to Hawaii with Cyndi for Kricket's
wedding during October, so he had his first taste of salty ocean
water. Everything is going great, Daniel goes this week to the doctors
for his 9 month checkup, although he's getting over a cold, the doctors
visit should be just perfect. Review the pictures of September &
October, there's some funny shots of Daniel in his Halloween costume, and
his love for sand at the beach in Hawaii!

Christmas is only a few days away, and we think
ALL the grandparents will be spoiling him rotten! Daniel turns 11
months on Jan 1st, boy oh boy time does fly! He's always crawling
around like a maniac, shutting doors and pulling everything off the
tables. He love's to watch Bear in the Big Blue House, and yell really
loud! He doesn't show much interest in our Christmas Tree, we
thought he'd be pulling it down. He loves to take the jingle bells off
the tree and shake them while Cyndi sings "Jingle Bells"

Daniel turns one! Time sure does
fly. Daniel has been getting ready to walk. He's been talking a
few steps and balancing himself real well. It's only a matter of days
now. He gets so excited when he takes those steps. He loves all
his new gifts, and can't wait to try them out when it warms up outside. |

Today is Cyndi's birthday, and I'm not allowed
to tell how old! Daniel is doing great. He's such an outside
kid. He'll play around outside til midnight if he could! We took
him to the zoo for the first time last week he loved it. He was
tapping his leg calling the animals over like he was calling our dog.
I don't think the Rhino eats dog biscuits, maybe little babies! Daniel
has a new set of hearing aids too. They suppose to help differentiate
sound better, whether it's background noise or close conversation.
He's doing great. Except for when he doesn't listen to me... But
that may be just the toddler in him!

Cyndi, Daniel & I took a journey to NJ to visit
some relatives & friends for a few days. Daniel had a blast! He
met a bunch of my cousins and ate pizza & bagels. We miss that
good food! We stayed with our friends Kevin & Loren in their new home.
We also had an opportunity to do a little fishing on their boat, but we didn't catch anything, but Daniel had fun in the cabin eating Cheetos and
making Kevin's boat orange with his fingers. Daniel finally had the
chance to meet a bunch of my cousins. My parents were also
there, those crazy retirees drove there! The trip went too fast and we
didn't get to see everyone we wanted, we'll just have to go back someday.

It's been awhile since we last posted any
pictures. We haven't been taking much lately. Daniel is doing
great, he's talking up a storm now. We can't stop him from running
around. He wears us out, especially Cyndi, she's his little playmate.
Daniel has made another website celebrity. He was chosen to use his
picture and story for the Pediatrix Newborn Screening Program throughout the

Daniel figured out how to steer the tractor
around, so he loves to ride and steer all around the yard. We also got
him a trampoline. Although he may be a bit young for it, but he loves
it! I can't believe his going to be 2 years old in a few months, time

Happy New Year Everyone! Just thought I'd
add a few pictures we had taken from October through the end of the year.
We had a great year, Daniel is doing so much now, he's not a little baby
anymore! Time sure flies, he'll already be 2 years old in 1 month.
He spent New Years Eve with Grandma & Grandpa over at their neighbors
fireworks display. Mom said he was amazed and calling out the colors
in the sky as the fireworks burst. It's been a mild winter so far, so
Daniel gets to spend a lot of time outdoors on his trampoline. Oh yea,
Daniel also managed to break his arm the beginning of November. He was
jumping on the bed and fell off the side. It took about 2 days, after
his cast was on, but he was back in action jumping on the bed again.
He cast of off now, and he's back to normal, not that the cast stopped him
anyway. |

As I keep saying Daniel is growing like a weed.
He's now 2 yrs old. Every day he does something new, He went from one
word to almost full sentences in about a week it seemed. Climbing,
running, playing, we can't keep this kid tied down. We just purchased
a boat so we're hoping he'll have tons of fun at the lakes this year.
Daniel's knows all kinds of colors, shapes and animals, and he loves dogs.
Sometimes we'll play with all his animals, and he just call out what they
are. It's always a shocker to me, because I didn't think he knew what
certain ones where. But he does.. He knows more than you think.
Now he's the big imitator too. So we have to watch what we say & do..
All in all things are good, and can only get better. Til next time!

Hello all, just about time to give a little
update on Daniel. He has been growing like a weed as always. We
purchased a pontoon boat this year so we've been spending a lot of weekends
down at the lakes. It took a couple times, but now Daniel is an avid
tuber and swimmer in the lake. He's become and expert at jumping on
the trampoline, and hitting the baseball. Look out Yankees. He's
almost 2 1/2 now, and everyday more and more stuff comes out of his mouth.
It's so funny to hear him talk full sentences when a short while ago, it was
a one word statement. He loves the outdoors, running, jumping,
fishing, swimming. If it's outside - it's cool to him! Check out

Howdy.. Just a quick note and some shots
as summer winds down. We've been boating just about every weekend.
Daniel loves the water. Jumping off the boat and playing in the beach
area. Haven't caught any good fish, only a couple, nothing to brag
about. I guess my fishing luck runs in the family. We never had
too much luck on the "Lady K" growing up either. I'm looking forward
to a bit cooler weather and some early morning fishing expeditions.

Well another year is closing. Daniel has
grown so much. He's so tall and smart. It's funny when he's
talking and telling us stuff to think back just a short while ago when he
couldn't say anything. He's going to be so excited this Christmas.
Last year he really didn't understand the concept, but now he knows what's
at Toy's R US! We got to take Daniel to see Disney on Ice, Nemo
Adventure. He was so excited he sat on the edge of his seat the whole
time. It was well worth the tickets to just watch his reactions.
He loves to sing and dance around like a nut too. He'll be 3 soon...

It's already March, spring is almost here.
I'm getting antsy and ready to uncover the boat. It's been crazy
weather down here this past winter. I think only 1 weekend it was
about 32*, it seems to average about 50-60.. We even had a few 85*
days. Well Daniel is doing super. We're about ready to enforce
some potty training.. He may not be ready, but we are. He turned
3 this past Feb 1st, and Grandpa Knowsley turned 63 this March 1st.
Daniel is a whiz, he loves to sing and dance and play his guitar to the
Wiggles. He still loves to whack the baseball, and kick a soccer ball
around. Dad's doing great, he's cancer free as of January 1st and back
on the move again with Daniel. Check out the pix for this chapter in

We made a trip to Orlando and got to meet our
pal Mickey Mouse and all of his friends. We also stopped by and
checked out Shamu at Sea World. Daniel had a blast. He loves
roller coasters and fast rides. We also spent a week in Pompano Beach
and Daniel got to meet my Uncle Eddie and Aunt Jessie Chiccone. He had
a blast at the beach there.. |

Since I haven't updated the website in quite
some time, I've decided to change it up a bit. I started a blog
instead. Using a blog I think will update the pictures more often, and
maybe not just so many at once. I get overwhelmed when I add 30+
photos to the site, then try to comment on each one. So, I think with
the blog, I can upload pictures whenever I feel like it, one today... Two
next week, whenever.. Doing it this way, I think the site will get
